Hello Mark, Sorry, but I have already tried calling contacts that just have the name in the company field by including the label, and Siri still says that there is no phone number for that contact. I can not say why Siri will call some of the contacts, and not call others, but including or not including the label makes no difference.
In my own personal case, Siri will call all of my companies except for 2 or 3. I can not find any difference in my company contacts, I use the same label for all.
