Two last things to try before maybe taking it to Apple to have them diagnose the problem assuming you haven’t done that already.
1. Flush the RAM as described in a previous post by holding down the power button until you hear “power off” then release the power button and hold the home button in until you are back on the home screen, which takes only a few seconds. Then, if that doesn’t work, go into settings, general, reset and reset all settings. If that doesn’t work, it sounds like a phone problem and might be worth taking to Apple and seeing if they can repair it or give you a trade-in for a new phone.
