Hi all,
I appreciate everyone's suggestions and ongoing detective work. I will try
locking the orientation to see if that makes a difference.
I seem to remember that one of the advantages of the Plus phones, as well as
the iPad, was that one could use Piano layout in landscape mode and still have
access to part of the screen, which would be useful in sending iMessages and
e-mails. In portrait orientation, the Piano layout takes up the full screen. I
was hoping to be able to take advantage of this feature in landscape at some
point, but for me, at least, there is a learning curve with the Piano layout,
and I have precious little time these days. I try to keep up with demands and
use whatever gets the job done in the most efficient manner at the moment.
I'll try to post in the next day or so with an update. Hopefully, others will
find it helpful.
