Raul, You know I have to agree that the customer service (other than the lack of training on some of this) has been pretty good. The site was a little difficult to navigate with Safari for some reason and it seemed to have something to do with the table layout. In any case overall I have been happy with the service, but I am disappointed that AT&T seems a little to intent on making things tough for customers who have had unlimited data plans by not allowing them to have access to even tethering if you were willing to pay for it. Although I am surprised the FCC has not told AT&T they cannot charge for tethering yet. Yes, time will tell and the future will be interesting. Hey once everyone has a phone on some form of the LTE network it may really change the game.
