Try Talking Thermostats dot com. I have owned one of their thermostats for over ten years. The instructions for it's use are written for the blind and even tells you how to use it. All settings are clearly announced so there is no guess work. I have heard that they now have a model you can view on an iPhone although I have never gone to their web page to check it out. I'm just tossing it out as possibly another option.
