I would be very interested to know what the source for all this detailed information is about first versus second generation Touch Id, what exact sensor the camera uses and statemewnts like "it is safe to say that the clockspeed is slower" are just guesses at this point. Maybe once iFixIt does a tear-down we'll know for sure.

Hi, There are more differences. The SE has 1st generation touch id while the 6s has 2nd gen, and since I use the 6s’s touch id daily, the 2nd gen isn’t perfect bij a long shot. The SE’s front camera is much worse than 6s, a 1.2mp instead of a 5mp one. The main-camera is also 12mp, but the SE uses a somewhat older sensor. High-speed data transfer lacks some minor frequencies and last but not least it is probably safe to say the SE runs at a lower cpu clock speed than the 6s to maintain good battery usage, since the battery is quite a bit smaller.
