Exactly, I am sure iFixIt will have all the hidden secrets out in no time. But there are still a lot of iPhone 5/5C and even 4S and 4 out there and for these customers this will be a very nice upgrade as a free phone on contract or for what I consider not an unreasonable price unlocked. I remember somebody recently advertised a used 5S on the list in the UK and I think he was asking 300 Pounds, probably not too realistic given the price of the iPhone SE. I also still have my 5S 64 Gb which I was planning to sell, probably should have done so before this came out.

Another feature the SE misses is the barometric sensor (dont know the exact English translation), which measures differences in height and vertical movements like on stairs.
