For those who are having trouble with the four finger swipe, try this.
Make sure you have at least two apps open and are in one of those apps.
Lay the phone on the table and turn it in landscape orientation with a long 
side toward you.
Place four fingers on the edge of the screen away from you and swipe toward 
yourself lifting your fingers off the display after just a short distance.
If you don't switch apps, try it again in the opposite direction by either 
turning the phone around, or starting on the edge of the screen nearest you.
