So, here's something I've wanted to ask for quite a while. What do non-rotor
users do to, say, adjust the value on a volume button (or sometimes a pop-up
button), that requires rotor gestures from us?

No, I'm pretty sure the roter is a VoiceOver feature, and I believe it's
only documented in the VoiceOver section of the manual. I don't think,
when you perform the roter jesture, that anything on the screen changes,
so there'd be nothing for a non-VoiceOver user to interact with at that

In case anyone hasn't discovered this, it's useful, for example, when
you have to enter a code. Once you hear just the code you want, you
can then do this gesture and copy it into pasteboard (which I assume
is the same as the clipboard) and paste it where required.
Perhaps I am wrong and sighted people can do this, but perhaps not so
easily as we can.
No doubt, someone will enlighten me!
