Some of us have had problems with the voices screen in the new version of voice dream. That is, voiceover is not reading the right thing, or it's simply not finding the voice that we know we bought. That did not happen to me on the screen for English. It did happen on the screen for all, where I had to go to get my Russian voices. Others have reported no such issue. If you are having this particular problem, and you have access to cited help, ask them to help you. That is what I had to do. And it worked just fine. Mary
