I used to move apps quite easily from page to page. But ever since 9.3, I can't get apps to move no nmatter how I try. Like Sherry, I get the approaching border message then the app just bounces back to where it was before. Very frustrating.
Can someone refresh my memory on how to move apps with a blue tooth keyboard?
