I used to move apps quite easily from page to page. But ever since
9.3, I can't get apps to move no nmatter how I try. Like Sherry, I get
the approaching border message then the app just bounces back to where
it was before. Very frustrating.

Can someone refresh my memory on how to move apps with a blue tooth keyboard?
