Until recently, window eyes worked well with iTunes. It still works pretty 
well, I use it on a daily basis. Everything seems very  accessible. There are 
only two problems, I believe these are major ones; at least to me they are. Lol 
 The first major problem is the editing of the time length of a song. This is 
essential, in making ringtones. The next problem is that I used to be able to 
use the standard Windows commands for copy and paste and cut to work with my 
playlists and items in each playlist. However, for the last couple updates of  
iTunes, this functionality has been removed. Other than that, everything else 
works fine!
