Hello Kathy, Hmm! I have never used Window Eyes but I understand it is a fine screen reader.
As for the two tasks you mentioned: 1. I have never attempted to use iTunes for editing track lengths. I use Gold Wave for all my audio editing chores, in Windows. I believe I am using version 5.x of Gold Wave. I believe there is a much newer version but, as yet, have not updated to it so cannot attest to its screen reader accessibility. 2. As for adding songs to Playlists, I have never used the Windows Cut and Paste technique, choosing instead to use the Context menu method. This is to say, when I want to add a title to a Playlist, I first select the title and then tap the Application key on my keyboard to bring up the Shortcut list of items one of which being the option labeled "add to playlist." It still works pretty well, I use it on a daily basis. Everything seems very accessible. There are only two problems, I believe these are major ones; at least to me they are. Lol The first major problem is the editing of the time length of a song. This is essential, in making ringtones. The next problem is that I used to be able to use the standard Windows commands for copy and paste and cut to work with my playlists and items in each playlist. However, for the last couple updates of iTunes, this functionality has been removed. Other than that, everything else works fine!
