Hello Wayne. When you get to the payment screen enter your credit card number. The app puts you into the expiration date. Enter the date like 0719. The app then places you in the CVV field. Enter the three digit code from the back of your credit card. The app places you into the zip code field. Enter your zip code and activate the done button. You will also find that the request screen isn't accessible. I've already written to the developer and I encourage you to do the same. I live in unincorporated Travis County between Austin and Pflugerville so I should be able to use Uber to go to Pflugerville and Round Rock.
