To create a contact from a number from the Recents List: 1, After the number you will find a More Info button, double tap it. 2, If you swipe down the screen, you will come to a Create New Contact button, just double tap it to bring you to a new contact page. 3, The number will automatically be entered, you will just have to enter the person or company's name in the proper field. 4, Once done, just double tap the done button, and it will take you back to the More Info page of the Recents List.
One more thing, you can also just add the number to an existing contact. If you swipe past the Create New Contact button, you will find an Add to An Existing Contact button.
