This is very odd indeed. Alex has had time to download, as I confirmed he was downloaded, and then deleted and downloaded him again. But it's not just him. I can't seem to use anyone else, either. A hard reset is when you hold down home and lock simultaneously for goodness knows how long and then release and hope for the best, right? LOL
