I remember that knee-jerk reaction. I showed my case to a coworker
shortly after I got it, and my coworker was pleasantly surprised. The
case itself was thinner than the Otterbox Defender case that I
previously had for my phone, and seems to slip easier in and out of my
pocket than the Otterbox. There is a noticeable flat battery on the
back, but it is nothing like the podcasts and tech pundants made it
out to be when the case came out. It does add a little weight to the
phone, but nothing that I can't deal with.
