Okay, Jen,
I just placed an order successfully through the amazon app, and it worked
just fine. I tapped on the button with the right address, then I believe I
tapped on a button that had my town as a link. After that, I could swipe to
the add to cart button, and the rest was easy.

It makes no sense. This is a huge bug that needs to be reported. Can
anyone try it to see if they are having the same problem? Where it
appears to get stuck, it says ship to this address button. I double tap
on it, and you can't get any further. Can you guys run some tests to
see if the same thing happens?

That's generally what I do anyway, as I find the Amazon app is nothing
great. The Safari experience on the phone with the Amazon site is really
pretty good in my opinion.
