Hi all,

Lately I've been having a problem where the VoiceOver volume will suddenly
drop to an inaudible level for no apparent reason. If I go to the sounds
settings it often will be restored to the proper level, and if I talk to
Siri I find the standard sound level is not affected (that is, it's fine).

Restarting VoiceOver and/or Restarting the phone does not cure the problem.

I think this began around 9.3.4, but I also received a new Roger update
around the same time, so it could be either, or perhaps even some other
update.

Are others noticing this, and do you have any ideas on what to do? I did
call Apple support, and they had me turn off VoiceOver and restart the
phone, but this only solved the issue for a short time before it recurred.
They hinted that perhaps resetting all settings may help, but that people
often complained about this as a debugging step (and I don't know how to do
it, and they never did tell me).

Thanks,

Chip
