I think it’s definitely Roger doing this somehow.

I will usually just double tap with two fingers, causing my chosen audio 
whatever to play(usually the book I am currently reading), wait for the book to 
come on, then two finger double tap again, and things are back to normal.

the other weird thing that’s happened since the new Roger update is that Roger 
messages will suddenly start playing, even if the app is closed, and even 
though I don’t have Roger in the notifications list.

I have written the app developers in hopes they will fix this issue!
