Hello Rich, I will be upgrading to the iPhone 5. I currently have the iPhone 4. The faster processor, siri, microphones, LTE connectivity, and better battery life are my reasons for upgrading. I will be trading in my iPhone 4 via the Verizon Wireless trade-in program. kolby
