1 caveat: I agree not to go sticking just any self-adhesive marker on the
screen, but the SpeedDots product still allow the touch
sensitive bit through to the device.
They are a proven product in this respect. I also agree that getting used to
it without such guides is good too. But for a novice
getting started, this kind of help to get up to speed and confident is a
benefit too.

Hello Nancy,

This is a matter of personal opinion, of course, but I strongly suggest that
you not place any tactile markings on the display.

Just give yourself time to acclimate to the new interface.

Thinking back, I believe it took me over two weeks in order to begin to start
feeling comfortable with the iPhone interface.

Be patient with yourself and do not measure your progress against that of
anyone.

Just don't give up and don't give in and, in time, it will get easier. To
paraphrase one of the greatest warriors in history,
Musashi Miyamoto, "Everything is difficult at first."

Subject: IPhone SE question

I just got my first cell phone without buttons...the IPhone SE.

It left the store wrapped up in an Otterbox Defender case and a tempered glass
screen protector.

At this point, I am just trying to learn how to make and answer calls.
My finger is dancing all over the screen. If I had a adhesive Braille Dot put
on the screen so I would know where to tap, would
that work? Or would it cause Siri and VO anguish having a dot on the screen
all the time?I just have no idea how sensitive the
screen is.

Thank you so much.
Nancy
