That is true, but Shaf is correct in saying that Apple I think sometimes does not fix bugs reported during the beta cycle where they probably could do so. iOS 10 has been a pretty good release, but if you think back at iOS 9 and that nasty bug where the phone would become totally unresponsive when Voiceover was running and a phone call came in especially when using a headset? That bug was reported by many beta testers for a long time yet Apple released iOS 9 and essentially for many Voiceover users the "iPhone" with emphasis on "phone" was not very useable as a phone. Apple has a great committment to accessibility and overall they do a good job, but that doesn't mean they can't be criticized for dropping the ball when they in fact dropped it. They introduced accessibility to main stream devices and in a way started a trend which is gaining momentum, but they should not rest on their laurels just because 7 years ago they did something good by making iOS accessible.
