I wasn't as worried about Apple as I was violating list policies about such
things which is why I was careful to clarify the scope of my question from
the outset (smile).

Firstly, the NDA isn't a big deal - you won't get in trouble by Apple
for discussing the beta publicly. Secondly, I use it on my main device
because I don't depend on my phone enough to worry about many bugs.
