Hi Rajmund, The button is the last on the screen and with a smaller phone like the 5S it may very well be off the screen, I have a 6S Plus and it is right there at the bottom. You might want to try a 3-finger swipe up first after you follow the steps I described, i.e. from Messages double tap More Info at the top right, then double tap the Contact name/phone number button which is one swipe to the right of the "Done" button. I mentioned the 4-finger tap because it would jump to the bottom of the screen, but if you can't manage it do a 3-finger swipe up and then check near the bottom of the screen, the Block button is definitely there.
