it extremely confusing, for some reason. That was several years ago.
I remember that when I set it up, it messed up my settings that I had
configured on the web so I deleted it.
Now that the web version of both Hangouts and Google Voice are less strait

i use the google hang outs app. on my i phone. witch works you can link your
google number to hang outs. and you can go under the settings in hang outs. and
set it up to recieve calls though hang outs. and you can set it up for text too
