Hello, Give this a try. With the phone not connected to a power source, do the following. Hold down the home button and plug your phone into your computer. That is, a computer that has iTunes on it. This should cause the phone to go into forced recovery mode and your screen reader on the computer should tell you so. If this works, just follow the prompts to reinstall the software and restore your phone. Of course, if this doesn't work, certainly call Apple. HTH.
