I set up the calling feature, verified my phone number and put in the code which is sent. I think each other person you wish to call who is an Echo device user has to go through this verification and set up process in order for it to interact successfully with Alexa. I am new at this part of this however. I tried to call someone and she said this person wasn't in my contacts.
