Terri, When I open iTunes on my PC (I use Jaws as my screenreader) I press Control+F to get to the search box, then tab a few times until I get to the Store radio button. I check it and the store loads, I then press Control+F again and at this point I can type in whichever artist I want to search for. After I do this and press enter I wait a moment for the page to load, then I go to the top with Control+Home and use the headings quick nav key which takes me to "Songs", "Albums" Music Video" etc. If it's an album I am looking for I just arrow down once I get to the albums heading and the albums for the artist I searched for are displayed. There will be a price listed and when I pressed the spacebar on that price it asked me to confirm my Apple Id in order to purchase the item. It all seems very straight forward and it is certainly possible to buy items using iTunes on a PC.
