That is a very good question.
I haven't found a setting for it either.
If I mute the phone, it still plays the tones in the Product channel.
Perhaps writing [email protected] would be a good idea.
I'll write, but you may want to also.

Hi, I have a question regarding the products channel. When I swipe to that 
and it says product channel adjustable, do I have to double tap it or 
anything to make sure I can now ask it to tell me what the product is? The 
other channel seem to work, but I'm having trouble with that one.
