Make sure you are not too close to the package or whatever you are trying to
scan. If you get too close it will stop beeping, or not even start. Ten to
fifteen inches is good, then move the phone very slowly from side to side
and a little closer or a little farther away when the beeping starts. I had
to practice that a bit before I was successful. If you move too quickly the
beeping will also stop and you'll have to start over.

When I make sure I'm on the product channel, the camera doesn't even appear
to be trying to find the product. I hear no beeping or anything, but when
I'm on the short text Jannel for example, and I tap it, it starts
recognizing. I don't know why.

If I mute the phone, it still plays the tones in the Product channel.
Perhaps writing [email protected] would be a good idea.

and it says product channel adjustable, do I have to double tap it or
