Oh! I have just seen this reply and thank you, Donna, for it. I had reckonned
that Genie was a
brand name, but what sort of scissors require the use of a lift?

Genie is the name of the maker of the scissor lift. Like Johnson & Johnson
makes baby products or
Troybuilt makes garden tillers. I guess it would seem wierd if one isn't
familiar with what a
scissor lift is or the name of the maker of such product. Heads up...There a
few clues like this
through the many puzzles.
