Hi. I am a huge Uber user and haven't tried lyft yet actually. I wish I knew more of what to say. The only thing I can think of is contact support. I know you can't call but maybe try doing it through the website. When I got my new phone last year I signed in perfectly fine with no problems. Sorry I can't help more.
