Hi Yoana,
VoiceOver is too low, and its volume in the rotor is at max.
What was happening with iOS five is that the side buttons would change the
volume of the incoming phone call but not VoiceOver's. This is not the case any
more with iOS six.
It's a real drag.
Best,
JPR

Is this because vo is too loud or too low? HOw about adding VO volume in the
rotar settings and playing around with that? Just a theoretical suggestion
since I don't have the update waiting for the iphone 5.

Someone suggested turning off Volume Limit in the settings, music. So try
that.

      Hi all,
A second request sent to Apple accessibility, join me if you want.

I noticed something strange after installing iOS six on my iPhone.
during a phonecall, it is now impossible to decrease the speaker
volume below a certain point with the side buttons. The problem with
that, is that the balance between voice-over and the sound coming from
the line is such that you cannot use voice-over anymore to guide you
through the keyboard, if you need to use touchtone during your call for
      example.
I really hope something can be done about this.
      best,
      JPR
