I have the audio files for Zinn and listen in the music app. I also
have the recordings Dr. Bernie Siegel produced for his cancer
patients. He wrote the book Love, Medicine and Miracles that described
how people beat cancer through meditation and positive affirmations. I
have ripped Bernie’s CD’s and digitized cassettes. He played these on
headphones after cancer surgery and the patients had much better
outcomes than those who did not hear these affirming meditations. I
listen to them when I am sick. Now, they can be placed on an iPhone
and be played through the headphones for an ill person whose mindset
can be changed to improve their health.
