ID Trent this is Mike. You are right. If cellular data is switched on the phone 
will automatically switch over to cellular when you get out of Wi-Fi range I 
have cellular data turned on on my iPhone 6. When I get out of Wi-Fi range it 
switches over to cellular data. I keep cellular data switch on because we have 
power outages that could happen at any
