You will now have a list of headings vertically down the page, find the one that seems to be the introduction, first chapter, whatever, and double tap and the book will start reading at that point. If you set the navigation unit to say 30 seconds, or whatever, to move by that amount touch the play button, and then flick up or down and you will move by the amount set in the navigation unit setting. I highly recommend reading the user guide.
