Interesting I increased the volume while it was ringing yesterday. However
after reading your post I redialed and it went back to being really low.
Try going to settings, sounds, and changing the volume of the ringer there.
It seems to have worked for me.

Hi John,

What I have done is tried another ringtone that I bought around the same
time and assigned that to home, so I called my mobile from the home phone
and that worked, then I tried the ringtone which I wanted for my friend and
did the same thing, assigned it to home and it worked. I tried a different
ringtone for the person I wanted it to be assigned to and that person called
on the mobile but it went back to the default setting. Its something to do
with ringing from mobile to mobile because it doesn't seem to work with
different ringtones and we both have the same iphone it has just all come to
light since the update the other day. Maybe its a bad file I don't know.

Do you have any more suggestions?

Regards,
Sandra
