When using the document channel, you really need to be about 16 to 18 inches above the page. I am not sure why, but I have about 99 percent success rate at that height, which is about 6 inches higher than KNFB reader needs. It does help to start with the camera centered on the page, and then slowly rase it up as straight as you can. You also want to make sure there is a good contrast between the surface the document is on, and the document. So, if it is a standard white piece of paper, you don't want the surface to be a light color or it will be hard for Seeing AI to determine the edge of the document. I've found that with the product channel if you start again with the camera against the product and slowly pull away, it usually works well at about 8 to 12 inches away. HTH, Richard
