In addition to Sieghard's solution I also suggest moving the device up 
slowly and it will inform you as you go.

Yes, I do believe that my camera lens is clean.

And no, I've never gotten Seeing AI to work.

However, I have a money reader App on my phone. It seems to work just
fine. I had a little bit of a problem the other day. But I was able to
work it out.
