Hi Carol, Not sure what you mean? I haven't altered it in any way. All I know is that ever since I upgraded to the new IOS6 it just doesn't seem to work when being selected when that person rings me up on the phone it just goes to the one I have as a default setting. So I have no idea, its very annoying though but thanks for trying to help Carol.
