there was your mistake! I never call anybody about anything when the manual is
available! I have a
delongui 3300 fully automatic espresso machine. I forgot which button you must
push to start the
descaling process. a quick search on google brought up several youtube
tutorials, and the user
manual which I downloaded to my computer. not only was I able to read it about
the descaling. it
helped with other issues too. glad you got it fixed, but there are much better
ways of finding info
than calling humans who usually, quite honestly, don’t know as much as a google
search can give you.

Two days ago, at approximately 3:00pm, while on a call with Keurig, the
makers of my K-Elite coffee brewer, discussing the best method of cleaning
the machine, the representative suggested that I disassemble a particular
component of the device for even better results. Keep in mind, that when I
initially placed the call, my coffee maker was working perfectly. I called,
therefore, in anticipation of when a de-scaling / cleaning would be
necessary; wanting instructions on how it should be done.
