Harry, I should have the option if I want to reboot my phone or not regardless is to why I want to reboot, but I can't fine any way to do this.

So in your case since it's just a typical reboot, do as I suggested by just turning the phone off and back on. You don't need to force reboot for what you're wanting to do.
