Hi richard, Well mine don’t work either. But it doesn’t seem to be dependent on voiceover being off or on. And it didn’t start with iOS 12.1, since they did work after I updated. Only yesterday, they stopped. So I don’t know what it is. But I don’t think it’s the latest iOS, and it isn’t voiceover either, because if I turn voiceover off and try to do a shortcut, it doesn’t work. Not that we shouldn’t write Apple. I can’t believe this problem has it been all over the tech press. It’s really annoying. Mary
