I’m pretty sure there is a sizing chart one can use to buy different sizes 
with. I’ve got a fairly big noggin at 7 3/8 inches, so for fit, it’s not an 
issue for me. I don’t recall personally using a chart, so maybe the bigger size 
is the default. I do recall other people mentioning it though. This would only 
make sense since women use them as well.
