You can’t compare the two, one is free and one is rather expensive and you get trained agents. For many basic things Be My Eyes can be just as good and most of the calls I made to Be My Eyes have been quite positive also. Then there is their specialized help section which allows you to contact Microsoft and Google Accessibility and that is entirely unique. Yes, you can call Microsoft Accessibility by phone, but Google has no phone support whatsoever but they offer live support via Be My Eyes.
