I use Be My Eyes at least once or twice a week and find them very helpful for what I need. I’m so glad there are people who are willing to give a bit of their time to help. In all the years I’ve used it I’ve only had one or two calls where I didn’t get the help I needed. One was due to a poor connection and that got resolved and I got the info I needed.
