Hello, could you order it through your phone plan? That's what I did, as far as ordering through the Verizon site, including the phone and the case to go with it. Your carrier should have all of the options you would want. You will then be able to take the Sim card from your existing iphone, if you have one you're upgrading from, and put it into your new phone. If you're starting out brand new with an iphone, then your carrier should provide a Sim card just the same, and you'll turn off your existing phone to activate the new iphone. When the new iphone is turned on, click the side button three times, or the home button three times if it's not the iphone ten, and Voiceover will come up talking. The only thing I get help with is install the little Sim card, because it's very small but hopefully some of these directions are useful to you. This is what I've learned from helping set up several clients iphones as their technology teacher. Matthew

I've had to cancel 2 made appointments to go to my nearest apple store which is about an hour away. A lot of stuff is going on in my family, so trying to get someone to take me to the apple store doesn't look like it will be happening any time soon. I'd thought about not bothering and not getting an iPhone at all. I will call the apple number tomorrow because I heard about a couple weeks ago how I could order my iPhone 8 and have it delivered to my house. I think I was told that the folks at apple could get my phone set up for me through me talking to them while on the phone. What do you guys think I should do. Not being able to go to an appointment at the apple store isn't very cool. -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
