I would order it directly from Apple, if porch theft is not an issue where you live. Even in a small town, finding a reader is a lot easier than finding a driver for an out of town trip. iOS walks the end user through the installation. If using a sighted person, it will take less than an hour. There is a way to do it with VoiceOver, but I have bought my phones at an Apple store and they have set the phone up for me.
