Hi, Yes sir I have and not that it’ll matter in the end but I have an open ticket with them about it and the reason I got escalated to an open ticket with them because I could prove that this isn’t just impacting custom ringtones but also ones purchased from their own store as well. Sorry I haven’t better news but at least there’s company in the misery. It drives me crazy. Not sure why it still works for some but not others. Robin
